I have also had experience on MilitaryRP servers that had the most toxic player base. Have you read the rules fully, understand them and are wanting to enforce them as correctly as possible?: Yes Are you willing to listen to any Staff member chosen to mentor and guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: Yes To keep your Staffing position you are required at least 7 hours a week of in-game activity, can you meet this?: Yes SITUATIONS: The server begins to lag and players are complaining about prop spam: I can find the source of the propspam by clearing all the disconnected player's props and then if that doesn't clear it up i will try to get to the person asking to delete the props location to see if they are near it; I can determine if it is prop spam or not by checking if the player spawned the same prop a bunch of times in one spot. People begin to complain about an "illegal base":The process i will take is to look back at the rules and see if their base breaks any of them; If the player refuses or ignores me, i will get a higher-up. You see another staff member abusing his/her powers: Jailing people for no reason, Random bans, deleting people's props on purpose, noclipping while raiding; The process i would take to stop it is by first asking them to stop and if they don't i will get a higher-up; Both because i would try to reason with him/her but if they don't stop i would get a higher-up. A player is extremely uncooperative during a sit: Ask them what their judgement is and if it is completely unreasonable, ask him/her to accept the admin/moderator's judgement is; Ask them to stop and if they don't get a higher-up. A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR: RDM is Random Death Match and it's where someone randomly kills someone for no reason at all. RDA is random Arrest and is when a cop abuses their arresting stick and arrests people even though they did nothing wrong. NLR is the New Life Rule where if you get killed, you can't go back to that area for 5 minutes to avoid them killing their killer; To determine if a player is breaking these rules i would get all the people or one person and the accused, I would then ask for everyone's side of the story and if the most people have one story that is the same, then the accused broke these rules.
