I like this server a lot and would like to help keep the community clean and good. Have you read the rules fully, understand them and are wanting to enforce them as correctly as possible?: yes Are you willing to listen to any Staff member chosen to mentor and guide you as a Staff, even if you feel you don't need to?: yes To keep your Staffing position you are required at least 7 hours a week of in-game activity, can you meet this?: yes SITUATIONS: The server begins to lag and players are complaining about prop spam: i open logs and check to see if anyone is spawning props and if so how many and how fast People begin to complain about an "illegal base": I start with a warning i tell them the issue with their base and ask them to fix it. i wait a little and then check on their base again if it is not done i will ask them again and tell them that i will jail them next time they don't comply, If they still continue to not listen i jail them for 240 seconds, if they continue to not fix it i kick them. You see another staff member abusing his/her powers: i would do both but just in case take screenshots and start recording, sometimes the mod or admin that is abusing is just having fun and in that case i talk to them and ask them to stop as it is against the rules. But if they continue i will talk to higher ups and start to record making sure i have evidence. A player is extremely uncooperative during a sit: i ask them politely to stop insulting me and if they continue i jail them for 30 seconds for staff diss but i will continue to hear them out to see if there is anything i could do to make him come in a agreement with my decision A player is excessively RDMing/RDAing and breaking NLR: i check the logs and see how much they have died, by who and how much they have killed the person. I bring the person that accused the person of rdm breaking nlr and talk to them first i then bring the accused and talk to them about it and hear his story if im not sure on who to believe i will let them both go with a warning and start to spectate the accused. If he continues i will talk to them then kick them if they come back and continue i will ban them for a day. If someone is rdaing i can tell by checking logs on who they arrested how many people and how quick i then check damage logs to see if anyone did damage to him first if not i spec him and see if he continues if he does then i bring him and kick him but this depends on how many he rdaed if it was mass rda then i will ban him for a day (Additional Comments): i have 565 hours in gmod and a lot of experience. I really enjoy your server and even if i dont get mod i will continue to play.
